Comrade 'pelipsky, there is no hope of the government ever doing such a thing. Don't be absurd! The very concept is seditious, insurrectionist, traitorous and revolutionary. Even the idea that the government should investigate itself is anti-USSA. Empires have collapsed with less triggers. We should not tempt fate, or history, or New Year's resolutions and/or suggestions.There is never hope without government and there is never government without hope. So. now, all we have to do is hope the government......
